This record is essential for tracking the specifics of each treatment. After the products have been applied, this document is used to note what products were used, including base, builder, colours, art, top coats or any additional products. Skincare products should also be recorded. This enables you to keep a record of exactly what products were used during a treatment, incase anything untoward happens to the client at any point. It has the Mani-Science® motif in the top corner, indicating that it should be used at every appointment.
